Just Detention International works to change the culture of prisons and jails, so that every person can keep their dignity while serving time. This short film highlights our groundbreaking project to bring wellness and healing to people serving time at the California Institution for Women. It was made in partnership with Creative Visions, Liberty Hill, and The XX Fund, and directed by Christine McAuliffe.
