ACLU of Kansas

The mission of the ACLU of Kansas is to protect and defend the Constitutional rights and civil liberties of every individual in Kansas through education, advocacy, and litigation. The ACLU provides free legal assistance in cases that raise important constitutional issues. Survivors of sexual abuse behind bars who believe their civil rights have been violated can fill-out a complaint form online or print it off and mail it to the ACLU at the address above. Written letters are also accepted as intakes. Please only send copies of documents and try to limit the length of letters. If more information is needed, the ACLU will contact you.
