Victim-Witness Assistance Services

Victim-Witness aims to help crime victims, witnesses, and their families in Cascade County. We provide crisis response, support and guidance through the Criminal Justice system, track and keep victims updated on court case information, and advocate for crime victims.

Services for survivors during incarceration include: Mail correspondence; hospital accompaniment during forensic exams; accompaniment to courts and during law enforcement interviews; crisis intervention and counseling via hotline; information, referrals, and references.
