JDI supporters to Judge Argyres:
Rape is not part of the penalty!

At a sentencing hearing in October, Judge Christina Argyres told Isaiah Gay that he “would probably be raped every day” in prison. Judge Argyres gave Gay probation, but not before saying that he would have been “somebody’s bitch” had he been sentenced to serve time.

JDI supporters signed a letter written by Jan Lastocy, who is on JDI’s Board of Directors and its Survivor Council, urging her to stop using rape as a scare tactic in her courtroom.
