First Step

The mission of First Step is to reduce the incidence of domestic and sexual violence and to provide services to individuals affected by these crimes in Wayne County. Services include a 24-hour hotline, crisis intervention, hospital accompaniment, legal advocacy, information and referrals, support groups, and counseling for survivors of sexual assault. All services are free and confidential.
