ACLU of Tennessee

The ACLU of Tennessee (ACLU-TN) is the only organization in the state dedicated to promoting and protecting constitutional rights. The ACLU-TN handles prison and jail-conditions cases. Legal assistance and representation are available in a limited number of cases. Survivors of sexual abuse behind bars should submit their requests for assistance by completing the online complaint form, by printing out and mailing in the printable complain form, or by writing to the ACLU-TN at the address above. Intakes via phone or by email will not be accepted.
