The Grievance Department of the Arkansas Department of Corrections (ADC) thoroughly investigates all allegations of rape or sexual assault in ADC facilities. Inmates who have been sexually assaulted or pressured into a sexual relationship in an ADC facility can contact the Grievances Department by writing to the address above or calling the confidential hotline to report the assault and any concerns regarding the handling of investigations into such abuse.
