Internal Affairs Unit, Office of the Commissioner, Delaware Department of Correction

The Internal Affairs Unit is responsible for conducting all Internal Affairs investigations, and reviewing complaints of wrong doings within the Department of Correction. Inmates who have been sexually assaulted in a Delaware Department of Correction’s facility can contact the Internal Affairs Unit to report the assault and any concerns regarding the handling of investigations into such abuse.
