Just Detention International (JDI) is excited to offer a free innovative coaching program aimed at helping survivor advocates from rape crisis centers, multi-service agencies and coalitions as well as officials from corrections agencies expand services for incarcerated survivors. Each site chosen will complete an intake with JDI staff to identify goals related to serving formerly and currently incarcerated survivors and will then receive four hour-long tailored coaching sessions to help them reach those goals.

This coaching program requires a commitment of five hour-long meetings (one for intake, in addition to the four coaching sessions) over the course of several months via Zoom. Between coaching sessions, participants will be expected to apply the learnings from the sessions and actively work towards their goals. If you are looking for a different type of technical assistance, please visit: https://justdetention.org/resources/service-providers-resources/expert-assistance-2
